So I've been having issues with a new build (first build) I've got:
ASUS Maximus VIII Hero Alpha (already upgraded to gen 7 chip set by the seller novatech U.K.)
Intel i5-7500 CPU
Cooler Master HYPER 103 CPU cooler
Corsair vengeance LPX 16gb 3000mhz RAM
EVGA 750 GQ 80plus gold PSU
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6gb GPU

So when I press start it doesn't show the Bios on screen and the q-code is 62 then jumps to 72 then back to 62 along with the VGA_LED light being on constantly white.
I've tried a hdmi cable in the motherboard and GPU along with a dvi cable in my GPU but it doesn't boot the bios and no beeps.
I've taken everything out apart from the cpu and cooler and 1 stick of ram, also tried taking out the cmos battery.
Can anyone help at all? Is it my motherboard that is broken?

Solution
Download the latest version from http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1151/MAXIMUS_VIII_HERO_ALPHA/MAXIMUS-VIII-HERO-ALPHA-ASUS-3504.zip?_ga=2.112595268.1774500154.1513101669-618874307.1512771548
Unzip and rename the file from MAXIMUS-VIII-HERO-ALPHA-ASUS-3504.CAP to M8HA.CAP
Save the renamed file on a FAT 32 formatted USB drive.
Connect the drive to the designated Flashback port (check the board's manual for its location).
Don't start the motherboard, just make sure that the power supply is connected and on.
Press the Flashback button for 3 secs.
Wait until the process ends (more than 10 secs).
