Question MAXIMUS Vll Hero - will not post to bios

Hi,
Need Help with the following,

1: MAXIMUS Vll Hero - will not post to bios - have updated bios to newest for MB,
2: System Below
3: I have seen some articles about EUFI and Legacy issues with this setup?
4: System runs with GTX 750 ti
5: Can only get Bios post if i remove all cards and boot with onboard,
6: If i change bios to Legacy it will post with no cards in,
7: Device manager shows the GTX 950 Ti is seen but under properties, comments require further installation.
at my wits end....
