My motherboard is a MSI b150m Mortar.
I had 2 sticks of 4gb (G.Skill Ripjaws V) and a couple weeks ago i turned my pc on and the screen got black, the pc was running but nothing was appearing on the monitor and the mb ez debug led was saying there was some problem with the RAM so i removed one stick and and tried again and my pc worked fine but when i insert the ram stick again i doesnt works, it only works with the one ram stick, i tried both of the ram sticks in the first slot and they worked so it can't be a problem with the ram, i don't know why is this happening and i would be very appreciated if someone could help me. (sorry for my english, i can't explain it better)

1) Update the intel chipset driver, you can find it from MSI https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B150M-MORTAR#down-driver the driver will come with the memory controller driver.
2) If you feel comfortable to update the BIOS, then try it. Otherwise ask someone for help, like your friend, local PC shop. Here is the info and how to: https://www.msi.com/page/biosflash
Keep in mind, if you don't do it right, you will brick your MB.
3) Test the RAM with MemTest86 https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm you need to test the RAM one by one, just run 4 or 5 passes to see you will get any error or not, then will tell you the RAM is fine or not.

So first of all thanks for trying to help, i made the tests and the ram sticks are fine, also installed the driver, didn't solved but it may helps in the future.. I found out the problem was some bent pins (one broken) in the cpu socket (i guess it's called socked but i'm not sure), i'll just use a 8gb ram instead of 2x 4gb dual channel for now and in the future i'll upgrade the motherboard (since everything on it is working fine) i was looking to buy more 8gb for some time and now it's the perfect time to buy it and it will be good because 16gb will be very good and it will last a long time due to lifetime warranty. Thanks!
