Question MB wont display

So I recently got a new GPU, the geforce 2080, to replace my 1060. After installing it, my MB wouldn't boot. Found out I had a bad power supply, so I replaced that. Now I've got the motherboard to boot but nothing will display. I've tried many connectors including display port and hdmi. Right now I have hdmi plugged right into the MB. I tried resetting the CMOS, didnt work. There are no beeps when it boots up. I have a h270m bazooka MB. Vengeance ddr4 16gb ram. Evga 850w 80plusgold PSU. I5700 CPU. Please, if theres ANYTHING you could recommend, it would be greatly appreciated. I am at a loss.

bad GPU send it back. does the 1060 work?
