These 3 cases are available in local store here where I live.

MB501L and K501L almost the same price... but Q500L is higher 15$

I live in a place with a high dust amount, and it reach 40 degree in the summer. If this will help your decision!

Dust is going to get inside regardless. If it's in a dusty environment, just clean it out more frequently.
Failure to do so will result in dust clogged intakes, filters, fan blades, heatsinks, etc., after which your hardware will overheat, because it can't 'breathe'.

MB501L: Shares similar dimensions to the K501L. Basic front to back airflow setup. Top panel is closed, so dust won't be able to enter from there when you're not using it, but I could see you having to clean this one a little more frequently, since there are fewer open gaps for dust to clog.

K501L: Remove the top panel filter. You want your case fans to be able to blow out some of the dust that does get pulled in, not trap it inside! Probably won't have to clean this one as often, by an extra week or 2 longer than MB501L - guessing, I don't know how dusty your environment is.

Q500L: The worst of your 3 options. I'd even call it a fail. It's been slammed for it's terrible airflow. That front panel is more restrictive than it appears.

Looks like a tie between 1 and 2. Go with what looks better to you.
