[SOLVED] Mbr to Gpt problem

Hello! I am new here. I have a problem with the convert. Windows component not worked so I useded aomei partition assistant but when I try to convert I get this message:

I have 2 disks so I need to convert both disk now or what?

I would do whatever I had to do so that the boot partition and the system partition ARE on the same disk.

Different disks can become a problem. As you are finding out.

Then worry about your conversion.

Sadly the boot partition on HDD and the system is on SDD. So both disks need to boot the system. I need to clean reinstall the system?

You could do either of these things:

Reinstall from scratch ("clean install") onto the SSD, with the HDD totally disconnected. This will force the boot files and system onto the same drive.

or:

Copy the boot files from the HDD to the SSD.

Problem is, I don't personally know how to do the copy.

But it's simple enough and I'm sure someone here knows how. Probably using bcdedit.

Hope they respond or do the clean install.

Even after that, I would certainly back up any personal files before doing the mbr to gpt conversion because that can go wrong and you could lose everything.

And why are you wanting to convert this?

Sorry the system is hungarian. I want to install Windows 11 my device is listed as compatible. I only need to convert.
