meaning of 'mod' in a new motherboards sale title on amazon

looking for a motherboard, noticed on or two that are cheaper but have the word mod in the title despite being marked as brand new? are the modified or rpaired or something?

Well its a third party seller, its not sold by Amazon.
I would personally not trust it, as its likely an open box or similar.
