Mechanical keyboard key press activates more than 1 key

my new mechanical keyboard does this
if i press
"n" -> "nm"
"m"->"nm"
"g"->"gh"
"h"->"gh"
"y"->"yu"
"u"->"yu"
any idea why ? rest is working fine

Are your keys overly sensitive? I just got a M800 where one key was way too sensitive and just from the vibration it would activate the key to randomly type or sometimes just continually type. If that is the case, it's defective and your keys are too sensitive. I asked steelseries for a replacement, but their customer service is the worst you can find, so after a month later I am still trying to get a replacement. Check with your company and see if they will offer you a replacement.

no they work great except the issue i mentioned .it has rgb and even hat is working fine
im still waiting for the chinese new year stuff to end so i could talk to the customer support :\
