Megatouch XL 6000 upgrade advice please?

Hi all, i have a Megatouch XL 6000 Extreme (this is what the starup splashscreen says) that i am looking to possibly upgrade to Titanium maybe?
Do i just need the CD or are there other factors/parts needed?

Thanks for your reply. So it looks like i am gonna need a key as well as a disk then. I will have to see if i can find out a little more, and also where to buy the disk and key
