Manny Calavera - Grim Fandango
Glottis - Grim Fandango "We can fly like eagles.... like eagles ON POGOSTICKS!"
Canderous - KOTOR
Seige Tank - Starcraft, not really a character i know but I just absolutely love hearing one of them say: " Ready to Rollout!", "Destination?","Yes Sir!","Absolutely."
Companion Cube - Portal, more or less the things that the computer said about the cube. "Please be warned that the companion cube cannot speak, and therefore cannot threaten to stab you." "If the companion cube does ever speak, please disregard any advice it may offer"
Soldier - Team Fortress 2 The soldier has so many great lines and taunts that I caunt even begin to explain them.
His Intro movie for one and "This is my world!, You are not welcome in my world." "I AM ON FIRE!!"
Engineer - Team Fortress 2 His Intro movie and "Erecting a Dispenser, no matter how many times I say that I still laugh.
Marcus and Baird make the list to. "Did you hear that?!,It was just the wind.When was the last time the wind ever said "Hostiles" to you?"

Hmmm...

Sonic/ Robotnik from sonic 2 on sega cuz it was the first game i ever played.

General Carville from red alert 2 if anyone remembers him, he was so cliche he made me laugh every time, along with the whole game XD

Raynor is pretty awesome.

And ofcourse...

ME from F.E.A.R lol, j/k, but you are "the unknown soldier" and i see myself everyday so thats pretty memorable.

Sister Miriam from Alpha Centauri.

I hated her; strangely I was most successful when I played as her.

Who can forget being mowed down in 3 seconds flat the first time they ran into a Black Talon Elite squad?

The wussy prince in Lords of the Realm 2.

I keep on mentioning this game even though nobody played it - Soulbringer was filled with memorable characters.

Chthon and the Shamblers from Quake were awesome beasts. I loved the Cyberdemon in Doom as well. I know they're not main characters, but they stand out when I look back.

Oh! And the Quake 2 Eraser Bots with superhero/cartoon skins... those were good times ("OM MY GAWD YOU KILLED KENNY!").

Lucien Lachance.. Oblivion, first time he appeared before me after I went to sleep, freaked me right out, then you get to know him and then he's dead, his corpse mutilated hanging from the ceiling.. happy moments..
