Memorex Flash Drive

Today I bought a Memorex 8gb mini traveldrive flashdrive. When I got home I plugged it into my computer and it set it up as a 2267 PRAM. It didn't set it up as a removable disk file like all my other usbs. I want to use it but I can't access it and it does not show up under the devices when I click on the file explorer and it is nowhere to be found when I am looing under my pc. I have Windows 8. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

Can you reformat the drive? How about trying it in another computer?

I tried it in another computer and it set it up as a 2267 PRAM device and a USB device this time and it does show up as a removable disk E: but it says I need to insert a disk into that removable disk E: Would I be able to reformat it from there?

As it recognizes it, you should be able to reformat it from that point.
