memory 1.5v and 1.35v

What happens if I use DDR3 1600(1.5v) to a processor (i5 6400) which supports DDR3L 1600(1.35v)

But my mobo (Asus H110M-C D3) supports DDR3 1600.

Will it work? Will it damage my processor?

No its to high of voltage it has to be ddr3L which supports 1.5v and 1.35v. You shouldnt use it

1.5V memory will eventually cause irreversible damage.

The Asus support page says to install memory with lower than 1.5v, so there ya go.
