Memory and Motherboard Problems

The thing is, when I first decided to boot up my PC, it was working and everything, but my signal wasn't displaying at all. Then I found out that it can only handle 4gigs of RAM. Meanwhile I have 2 sticks of 4gb ram.

I don't know what to do about this problem, I tried everything I can think of and do online as well. None of the solutions that worked for most people didn't work for me.

I'm stressed out because I laboured so many hours on this and it's still not working.

I can only use 4gigs of ram meanwhile I have 8 gigs of RAM in total for this build. I don't know, any help on this??

EDIT: I have Windows 10 Home 64 bit. And I see other PC builds with the same motherboard and memory but they're just fine.

The 4GB limit may be due to your choice of Operating System, which you have not listed.

AMD - A6-6400K is a lame APU.

I suggest upgrading processor to AMD Athlon X4 860k.

This processor uses DDR3-2133MHz memory. When OC you can use DDR3-2400MHz.

Nah I got Windows 10 Home 64 bit. And I saw other PC builds like mine with the same motherboard, and they said it works fine

I actually found out that it was a bad memory stick, which makes me irritated bcuz the memory stick is brand new too
