memory card not working in pc error insert disk

i have my memory card insert set the card reader in pc open the error insert disk please the problem solve.

Either the card or the card reader is faulty, most likely the card.

Try the card in a different reader, if it still can't be read, replace the card because it's storage chips are corrupt.

If the card does work okay in a different reader, buy yourself a new reader.
