Im using a Zotac 1060 6gb AMP edition, and this is what I see in afterburner

https://ibb.co/W3DVMnC

Correct me if Im wrong but isnt it supposed to be lower when its idle?

Also temps in afterburner and GPU Z shows 55 degrees at idle, and I have both programs opened simultaneously.

ALSO the default % of the fan is at 0, and what i did was i set it to 35% and it kinda lowered the temps.

AT full load, Forza horizon 4 ultra settings 2k resolution, i peak at 83 degrees. Is that normal? I also up'd the fan speed to 60% when gaming

Help!

I know if you run more than one display it can make the clocks run high.

If everything else with the card is running fine I wouldn't be too concerned.

I think most likely there's a valid reason the clock is running the way it is.

I will try and check my GPUs later and see what they are at.

I'm running three systems....but I'm at work.

I run three GPUs and they all peak at 82C (one is a 1060) so I think 83C is pretty normal.

How many displays are you running?

I leave the default setting to auto in Afterburner and never had a temp issue with any card ever.
Im only running 1 display at 1440p 165hz but the thing is Im kinda skeptical about the card since I got it 2nd hand. I think clock speeds should be low on idle, correct me if im wrong
