I have recently purchased an GIGABYTE WINDFORCE GTX 1650 Super GPU, and when I open MSI Afterburner, the memory clock is ALWAYS stuck at 6000 MHz, no matter if im gaming or not. Is this normal?

Nothing is running, using hdmi, refresh rate is 60, tried reinstalling drivers and same thing. Is the refresh rate more than 60Hz?
if so, try
https://www.nvidia.com/content/Cont...inated_Video_Timing_Reduced_Blanking_HDTV.htm
Are you using display port? try hdmi
Use DDU uninstaller and reinstall nvidia.com drivers
reset and uninstall afterburner and other tuning software
any browser or software running while you check the memory clock?
Did you try with DDU?tried reinstalling drivers and same thing.
I have lenovo legion 5(i7 10750H and gtx 1650) and it has own management app named lenovo vantage and i also see my memory clock is stuck at 6000 mhz. So i just simply ignored that message and does nothing much else..
