Memory Clock Too High?

So I just built my first pc and I'm not gonna lie, I'm not super computer smart or anything like that. Anyways, it says that my GPU memory clock shoots up to 8000 when I'm starting my computer or playing a game, which makes my computer restart constantly. My specs are:
ASUS Strix B250H Gaming Motherboard
GeForce GTX 1070 Armor GPU
16 GB of RAM
i7-7700k cpu
240 GB ssd
3TB hdd
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

8000 MHz is the standard memory speed for GTX 1070s. Something else is causing your reboots.

Have you overclocked anything?

That is the normal memory clock for a GTX 1070. It shouldn't cause any problems.
