G.SKILL Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C10D-16GAB

Will this work with an ASUS P8Z68-V LX it says it will run 2133 non oc so I'm not sure if this specific set will run because the manual hasn't been updated since 2011 and the set as far as I know is made after this

The ram kit will work and run in that motherboard.
At 2133MHz? Maybe. The ram will run at a lower speed when first booted. You will have to enable XMP to get a higher speed, however it might not be stable at 2133.
