Question Memory Configured correctly?

Hey guys I took a screen shot of what im seeing in task manager and am a little confused In my memory tab I have 7gb out of 18.8gb committed? how can this be since I only have 16GB installed. Also in "in used" memory it says "compressed"? . In the GPU tab it has 8gb in dedicated GPU memory and 8gb in shared gpu memory? I don't want to share any with the GPU and just let it have the on board memory it has. Under GPU memory it has 16gb??? what is going on.
