Question Memory doesn't run in correct speed

My HP laptop (HP 14-bw010au) equipped with a 4gb DDR4 2400MHz memory. But, the task manager and other monitoring program show 1866MHz speed. Is there any problem with the memory or the CPU? The CPU is AMD A6-9220 , which can run memory up to 2133MHZ. Thx

RAM speed is also limited to the maximum speed the system board (also called motherboard) accepts.

To find the actual ram speed running on the computer, you may download the free CPU-Z for either Windows or Android depending which operating system you are using. https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

Then, select SPD tab and then max bandwidth which should show you the RAM speed.
