Memory Dump, Blue screen of death HELP

I recently upgraded my motherboard, ram, cpu and cooler. its been about 2 weeks now and i have started to get BSOD memory dumps at random times, sometimes when my computer is on standby? ... anyway here are my specs

What are the reasons for the Blue Screen? If it is related to memory, e.g. "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT", do the following.
Reseat your RAM.
Remove one memory module and try using your machine. If you get a BSOD, switch out the modules to check whether one is faulty.

I thought the reasons to the memory dump would be in the .dmp files but i can't understand that

Have you tried booting up with one stick at a time? It will start beeping at you if one of the sticks is bad.
