Memory Dump, Blue screen of death HELP

I recently upgraded my motherboard, ram, cpu and cooler. its been about 2 weeks now and i have started to get BSOD memory dumps at random times, sometimes when my computer is on standby? :cry: ... anyway here are my specs

What are the reasons for the Blue Screen? If it is related to memory, e.g. "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT", do the following.
Reseat your RAM.
Remove one memory module and try using your machine. If you get a BSOD, switch out the modules to check whether one is faulty.
