This is for a Ryzen 3600, possibly 3600x.

I asked around and i've been recommended those two:

https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07BJJRWLS/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_3?smid=A11IL2PNWYJU7H&psc=1

https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B016ATK2O8/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=A11IL2PNWYJU7H&psc=1

The first ones because apparently they can run at 3200hz without any OC on a lower voltage, the second if i wanted something faster while maintaining a low price.

The question is i'm not sure whether either of those can run well with this board.

A friend told me to shoot for 3600hz but i'm not even sure this board can support that.

As stated above, you need to select RAM according to the motherboard QVL not necessarily the CPU model.
Just because it runs at 3200MHz on a specific motherboard it does not mean you will have the same results on other motherboards.
Which motherboard will you be using?

Check the QVL (qualified vendor list - a list provided by the board manufacturer of RAM sets and other devices tested and certified to run properly)

The QVLs are not updated for Ryzen 3000 chips, but can be found here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-AC#support-mem-14

I remember reading that the Samsung B-Die are best for Ryzen, but that list doesn't say which ones are B-Die, just says "Samsung" for some of them. Is this still something that matters?

BTW, clicking on each memory ridge gives me a different list. What's that about? Under the RX-2X00, i get memories like this:

https://www.amazon.it/HyperX-Fury-Black-16GB-Memoria/dp/B07BJJMWXW/ref=sr_1_1?__mk_it_IT=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&keywords=HX434C19FB2K2/16&qid=1562369045&s=electronics&sr=1-1 \

But nothing this fast on the others. What does this mean?

The manufacturer provides updated QVLs reflecting the pairing of their board with different CPU generations. As I noted those compatibility lists tested with Ryzen 3000 CPUs haven't yet been released since the release of those chips themselves is still two days away. Newer QVLs may feature faster RAM since new sets are released that might not have been available when earlier lists were produced.

I see. So Ryzen 2 is Pinnacle Bridge and Ryzen 3 isn't there yet.
There are different list of tested RAM for the AMD Core Architectures.
There isn't an updated QVL for Matisse (Ryzen 3000 series.)
As of now the fastest test speed of 3466 MHz belongs to HyperX .
Other RAM models might run as fat but it will require manual tweaking.

Ok so between those two:

https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07BJJMWXW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A11IL2PNWYJU7H&psc=1
https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B016ATK2O8/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=A11IL2PNWYJU7H&psc=1

The HyperX is a better choice despite the fact the Patriot has a lower latency simply because the latter aren't on the list, or is there a chance the Patriot will work all the same?

Granted, if the HyperX work at the highest speed without any tweaking they might be worth it just for that.
