so i got Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-4333 Memory
Timing: 19-26-26-46
CAS Latency: 19

what i got on BIOS -
tCL - 15
tRCDRD - 15
tRCDWR - 15
tRP - 15
tRAS - 36

main question how to enter original timing and cas latency into the BIOS cuz i dont understand them and if you do please enter the right order of numbers i shud enter in bios

Solution
Your MB only supports up to 3466 RAM speeds:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/X470-GAMING-PRO-CARBON/Specification

So, you should go into the BIOS and enable the A-XMP Profile BUT set the DRAM Frequency to 3200 (which is usually the max speed for a Ryzen 2000 series CPU).
If it boots at 3200, then you could try setting the DRAM Frequency to 3466.
If it boots at 3466, then you could try setting the DRAM Frequency to 3600.
But as CountMike said, you will probably not be able to get it to run any higher than 3600 (if it will even run that fast).

With those numbers, it's most probably running at base speed, 2133MHz.To get at rated XMP values you have to enable (A)XMP/DOCP profile in BIOS.. There's no guarantee you will get full speed of 4333MHz on that system.likely no more than 3600 MHz.
