Question Memory frequency

So my problem is that my memory is running at 2133Mhz when my kit is rated at 3600Mhz. Im using a Ryzen 5 1600AF, TridentZ neo rgb, Asus ROG Strix B450-F gaming and GTX 1060 6gb. The problem persists even if I try to manually set the speed, and switch XMP profiles. I think the CPU Im using only supports up to 3200Mhz speed on the memory but I cant even get that. The problem occured after updating my BIOS and I can see a difference of up to 20fps in the games I play.

Make sure RAM is installed in the correct slots. You will not be able to hit 3600mhz with that CPU. Maybe 3200mhz, but I'd think 3000mhz for sure.

Ive tried running both A1B1 and A2B2 but still no progress. Changing the memory speed manually also does nothing. With the DOCP profile disabled I cant even change the frequency so at this point I honestly cant think of anything else there is for me to do
