memory full shows empty micro sd sandisk microsd

I am using Sandisk micro sd in my Zenfone 2 Laser. For the last 2 weeks I cant copy or delete and file from sd card to mobile and mobile to sd card. Today I removed all the files from sd card with the help of pc. Still the memory card shows full. What can I do? Please answer at the earliest.

Make sure your Zenphone is setup properly to use an external memory card (as opposed to storing everything on internal storage).
