[SOLVED] Memory Issues

I have recently replaced my MOBO about a month ago and now I am having a "MEMORY_MANAGMENT" blue screens. Does anyone have a clue on what could be the issue?

Okay im starying to waunder if you have a unstable psu under volting/over volting somewhere, it thinks it sending this voltage but is really sending x voltage and is causing system failures.

so should i replace my psu?

Before spending the money on one, if you have one you can test with i would do that. I know it's more of a hassle but even pulling a know good one from another system and testing with that for a a little bit might help.
