Memory limits on Multi Gaming.

I am wondering if my PC is severely limited by 8GB of RAM for running two games at once or if I should focus on a GPU upgrade instead. Does my RAM limit me by much or is 8GB enough?

My specs are as follows:
4690k
8GB G. Skill 1600
R9 380 Sapphire
1TB HDD WD

I would like to see if I can get a bit more information if possible.

What kind of motherboard, power supply, and monitor do you have? If looking to upgrade anything I just want to make sure you have the ability to before I suggest it.
Do you have any of the product IDs for the hardware listed as well as the motherboard? That would help narrow down the exact parts you have.
As hang-the-9 mentioned, it also depends on the game. Running Minecraft and Terraria shouldn't be an issue with 8 GB RAM and the mentioned CPU/GPU, but if anything that has high quality graphics, physics, etc we would need to know that as well.
One last thing would be how high quality you want the games to run and at how many FPS do you want minimum?

The games I would like to run is Black Desert Online at High and Ark Survival Evolved on all low at 1080. As far as upgrades means I can spend 500-600. If I have to upgrade I would prefer to only upgrade the GPU and ram at this point.
