Memory Management fault code when starting Watch Dogs 2

So, I'm going to start by assuming this is because of lower grade hardware, but I wanted to verify/see if anyone else has had this happen.
I purchased Watch Dogs 2 a few months ago, and ever since I haven't been able to play it. When I hit "Play" it starts the launcher like normal, U-Play junk opens up like normal, then once it goes back to the regular launch screen after about 30-60 seconds my PC BSOD's giving Memory_Management fault code. It's the only game that's ever done it.
Again- I'm assuming it's because of the computer just not being strong enough.

Specs:
8GB Ram
GTX1050Ti
AMD FX-4300

I have stumped TomsHardware... never a good sign lol

Ran a furmark stress test, and at 1080P with 2X AA, GPU never got above 60c and the only "limit" was power, which would go from 0-1 and back again over and over. Gonna run a RAM test with windows tool thingy next, I don't have a USB drive laying around or I'd get the memtest.
