in theory yes you can. is it advisable, NO!
They are different modules, with different timings, voltages and possibly chip configuration/manufacturer too. You will have to play with both a lot to try and get them to work together. It's a laborious pain even for those with good knowledge. You would be trying to find the lowest common denominator to get them to work.
My advise is to buy a matched kit at whatever speed you want, and sell what you have to offset the costs.
