What's the best memory modules can I use to upgrade my LAPTOP...
Dell Latitude D610? Doesthe application FIND the right Memory from Kingstone site accurate? and does the application Crucial Memory Advisor tool also accurate? which of the two can be more accurate?

Crucial Memory Advisor tool : 2GB kit (1GBx2) DDR2 PC2-5300 • CL=5 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC •DDR2-667 • 1.8V • 128Meg x 64 • • Part #: CT540859

Kingstone Find the right memory: 1GB Module - DDR2 800MHz
Part Number: KTD-NSP6000C/1G
Mfr Part Number: A1167687; A1545055; A1545513; A1837314; A2578599; A2686148; A3198145; A3425745; A3761095; A5460573
Specs: DDR2, 800MHz, Non-ECC, CL6, 1.8V, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 200-pin

while from Dell User guide manual:
Specs:
Memory module connector two user-accessible SODIMM sockets
Memory module capacities 256 MB, 512 MB, and 1 GB
Memory type 400 MHz or 533 MHz 1.8-V DDR2 SDRAM SODIMM
Minimum memory 256 MB
Maximum memory 2 GB

The documentation says, as you specified, "400 MHz or 533 MHz 1.8-V DDR2 SDRAM SODIMM". That said, the Kingstone recommendation wouldn't work as it's 800MHz. You absolutely want to stay within the specification. I would recommend taking what you know and shopping around rather than letting some tool make a recommendation for you.

If you're trying to max it out you want a 2GB kit (1GBx2) DDR2, 533 MHz, 1.8-v.
Something like this would work: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145527
