SPECS:
PSU: Seasonic 650 PLUS GOLD
GPU: GTX 1070 gaming x8g (NVIDIA)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 2600
SSD: Samsung 860 evo 500gb
Hard Drive: Seagate barracuda 1TB
Memory Kit: G-Skill Aegis DDR4 3000 (2x 8GB)
MOBO: MSI X470 Gaming PLUS

So as you can see here, https://gyazo.com/664811db5790629e779c59b48c887fe2, my ram is running at 2133mhz while the advertised speed is 2933mhz. The A-XMP profiles don't work, manually changed the settings didn't work either. Even lower mhz like 2600 did not work. Really struggling to find a solution for this problem....

2133 mhz is as far as it goes
Try setting the SOC voltage to 1.0/1.1

When you set the ram settings manually, do you remember to put the correct timings and volts? (I am unfamiliar with how tech savvy you are, so i must ask.)

Setting command rate to 2T, doubt this will have any effect, but worth a try.

Already tried all this and the timings are correct.

It is odd both modules would have the same problem when tested individually, so it's tricky to say what might have happened if they use to work at 2933. Are you sure you didn't mistake for 2133?

In any case, you are welcome to send them in for RMA exchange to see if a replacement kit works better.

So I am getting my replacement kit tomorrow. What is the safest thing for me to do? Load an A-XMP profile or do it manually?
