Question Memory oc

I have a 3600mhz cl18 kit I believe I just installed new ryzen 3600 and I want to oc the ram to a really decent speed not perfect I’m on a asrock b450 pro4 so I don’t believe I can get to 3600 or higher anyways but maybe something in the region of 3400 with tighter timings but I’ve never done memory oc before is there any guide that are really constructed well for me to learn anywhere any info would be appreciated

I think that board supports up to 3200mhz.

I’m sure it said 3200+ but maybe I missed it

I looked at this but doesn’t support new ryzen standards also unsure how to navigate it but will look again
