memory ram ,full speed or not

hello , i want to ask about my ram. i have a corsair ddr4-2132 2400mhz. but when i open cpu-z on SPD - max bandwidth it says ddr4-2132(1066mhz). Is it runing on full speed or not ? i got confused!

SSD corsair 250gb
gtx 1060 palit 3gb

are those enough ?

In the BIOS you should be able to set it at 2400 on that system...XMP profile 1 under DRAM settings.
