Memory RAM Problem

Hi guys.
Soo a few days ago I bought a new graphic card (gtx1060).
I got 8GB of Ram, but now it's using only 3,98 usable.
I have already tried msconfig --> boot --> advanced options doesn't work.
I got a good fps on games but its drops a lot to 15-5 fps.
I think its because of the ram

The funny thing is when I had the old gpu its worked 8gb
when I bought a new gpu that's what happend, now it's only using 3,98 of 8 GB Ram

Your ram is running in single channel mode. Do you have only one 8GB ram module?
If you have 2x 4GB ram modules, then they are in wrong slots.

Befor I changed my new graphic card it was 8 gb useble
after that i got that problem with a ram.
Yeah I got 2 4GB of ram 2 slots
and games are freezing sometimes and i think it's because of the ram

CPU-Z shows that they are running in 1600mhz,
Task Manages shows, that they are running in 667mhz, and can't identify ram type as DDR3.

1st - you have to move one of your ram modules into different slot.
Consult your motherboard manual on how to activate dual channel mode.
What's your motherboard model name btw?

2nd - in that Resource Monitor screenshot - need to see memory tab (not overview tab).

In my motherboard I have only 2 slots for Ram

Then try running your PC with only one ram module at the time.
Test both modules this way.

the ram is not the problem but the new videocard is the problem as it is in conflict with the ram.

The video card and DRAM don't really interact...What CPU cooler? Do you have the latest BIOS? Latest mobo drivers. Was anything else changed/cleaned/etc when the new card went in?

The only thing I did is just I put a new video card

I found an interesting thing about my ram.
soo I toke one of the RAM out of motherboard i turned on my pc and it was a black screeon my monitor.
Then the same ram i puted on the other slot it was the same black screen.
I taked off the ram and puted other one, it was the same thing, in both slots gave me a black screen on monitor (I already tought that i fucked up my motherboard)
Then I put boths ram's and turned on my pc and it stated working again.
But the problem is still the same (3,98 usable)

link does not work. use a pencil eraser on the gold contacts of your ram.
