I had a power supply go bad in a M2N68-LA (Narra 3) motherboard.
Before it went bad, there was two "2 gb sticks" & two "1 gb sticks" in it.
I did a bunch of testing to figure out what was bad in it. Including removing the ram sticks.
Finally figured out that it was the PSU.
I only found two slots out of 4, that I can get ram sticks to work in.
When I have the two working slots filled, and put a ram stick into one of the non-working slots, I get no video. And No post beeps.
I check the manual. It does not mention any order for the ram slots.
Does this mean the two slots are bad, or is there a specific order for the memory slots in the Narra3 motherboard?
