How can I change my RAM clock speed? I've noticed it's only at 1300

ddr mean double data rate. 1300x2 is 2600.

Check what speed does your ram support and make sure you have activated the right xmp profile in bios

So I have 2 sticks of this Apacer 2666hz ddr4 ram (

) and it says on it that it is 2666hz, however when I checked it was at 1333 and I couldn't change it from the bios. My MB is A320m pro. Does it not support it or something?
