Memory Upgrade for Battlefield 4 (screenshot included)

Hello, I recently discovered on this website that my RAM should be 8GB to play Battlefield 4 at recommended settings.
But my current RAM is 4GB. If I upgrade it to 8GB, will it improve the gameplay?

I can't upgrade the graphics card at this moment, but upgrading the RAM is within my budget.

For your game, 8GB is mostly recommended. Buy another 4GB stick.

but anyway i was able to run the game on high settings, and no lag.

it will improve it a bit and its best for the future more games coming out will need so you are better of buying another 4gb stick

Of course, I am going to upgrade my specs pretty soon.
