Question Memory way too slow?

Just bought a laptop today and checked CPU-Z, the SPD page looks good to me, I know it's 1600x2, but why does the Memory page show such a low number? The timings are really different too.

This is an MSI Stealth 15 with i7 1185g7 and 1660 ti Max Q

check on task manager, is the speed the same?

If it's new it maybe a form of speed stepping for the ram. Or the ram isn't set to xmp in the bios and if so wrong profile

Bought it new. Task manager says speed 3200 MHz. Can't find XMP in BIOS but the BIOS does say 3200 MT/s. Could CPU-Z just be wrong?
