MemTest86 freezes on startup (Test 2)

Whenever I start MemTest86 v7.1 from USB it freezes on that screen (Test 2) and I have to restart

Specs:
i7 6800K
Corsair H110i GT
Asus ROG Strix X99 Gaming
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4 x 4GB) 3200MHz in Quad Channel
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
Seagate Barracuda 3TB
AMD Radeon R9 270X 4GB
NZXT H440
EVGA SuperNOVA P2 850W
My other PC with 6600K and slower 2666MHz RAM on Dual Channel shows much higher speeds on L1, L2, L3 and Memory

Solution
For starters you're dealing with two different processor architectures thus the variance in the numbers between the two in terms of their cache memories. The next thing you need to do is make sure your primary(culprit) system's motherboard BIOS is up to date. Then make sure your X.M.P profile is enabled within BIOS making sure that the voltage for you ram is in order(i.e 1.35v).

Leaving memtest aside, have you tried running Prime95 to see if any issues come up? Speaking of issues, why are you running memtest86 again? Are you experiencing BSOD's?
