[SOLVED] Memtest86+ won't boot.

Windows Memory Diagnostic test told me there was an issue but not much more than that, so after doing a bit of research I figured I'd use memtest86+ to try and narrow the problem down outside of going one stick at a time.

Issue: it just straight up won't boot. Selecting the drive in my BIOS gives me a dark screen for a split second before popping back up at BIOS, setting the drive to be the top of the boot priority didn't do anything either and now I'm at a loss.

I've been using Sandisk USB's, currently a newly bought 32 gig one, and I've been using the USB install tool they provide as it seems no ISO to USB program on the face of the earth can do it.

I'm using 4 DDR4 8GB sticks on an ASUS PRIME Z390-A

Any help?
