Metal Gear Solid V Phantom Pain - Dual Core Problem

Hi guys,i installed metal gear v and when i launch mgsvtpp.exe it opens "Glowstorm" dialog box but when i click ok it does nothing,all i can see is my cpu loaded 90-100% in task manager.I'm running this game in windows 10 & my spec is

CPU: Amd Athlon X2 250
GPU: R9 270x 2GB
RAM: 8GB

I know it's because the lack of sse4.1 as mine is a dual core processor but i don't know how to solve this.So please help me!

I think new update fixed sse4.1 problem but if u pirated the game that update version is not cracked so its one before they fixed sse4.1 problem so now it depends.
