Hi.

I found
Antec Dark Fleet DF500 RGB Cristal Templado
Sharkoon DG7000-G Verde

atx towers but they don't have Methacrylate side panel but they are very cheap, I would like to ask you if you know where I could get methacrylate side spare part for any of them, I have searched but no luck.

Thanks in advance

I think you're using the complex term for an acrylic side panel. You could easily fabricate the side panel out of a sheet of acrylic all you're going to need is a sheet of acrylic, some doublesided tape and a metal file.

You can follow this guide:

Also, what's stopping you from investing on a better built chassis that has an acrylic panel or better a Tempered Glass side panel?

Thanks for your answer and sorry for using complex term, in fact one of the towers had tempered glass side panel but as both towers are reaconditioned and used in expositions, they are not in good conditions missing those panels so I didn't know if I could get tempered glass or methacrylate or acrylic panels to build a side panel and where to buy it.

The video is interesting but the towers I saw in advertisement don't have any panel so I would need to get whole acrylic pane and add in some way hooks to fix it tower.

Thanks again for your help!!

Finally what I'm going to do is to try buy a Tempered Glass side sheet of 100cm width x 50cm height (because towers have 48 cm x 47cm) and use a magnetic tape to hold the tempered glass. I hope it can be cutted where I'm going to buy it if they have it .

Here there is a video (

) where you can watch how someone does it just in case someone wants to replace his side panel with tempered one it's easier than cut a metallic one and in my opinion is cool.

Thanks

Here there is a review where a youtuber got a acrylic pane and used magnetized tape to hold pane in computer:

It's in spanish (southamerican), I hope if someone has same issues than me can help.

Also if you want to install a Tempered Glass panel you could use a adhesive neodymium magnetic tape, it' s more expensive but it can hold the pane :), for acrylic or methacrylate which if I'm not wrong is the same material you can use normal adhesive magnetic tape.

Regards
