Mic and Hearing problems

Hell, so recently I got the new logitech G pro [strike]headphones[/strike] headset and the only way to use it on my computer is if you use the green jack and the pink jack but the thing is 1. either I connect it in the back and it doesnt work at all or two I connect it to the top and then I would only be able to hear through only one side but then the mic wont work at all.

Can anyone please help me asap because Im honestly not sure what I should do also Idk if this also goes with Mother board issues but for some reasons my computer will just randomly crash when ever I would just start the computer up

Try another headset and see if you encounter the same problems

If I do that an it doesn’t work what would that mean, I honestly don’t think think it’s the headphones because they were brand new like legit off the box.

Brand new doesn't mean it can't possibly be faulty (I've had to return a few products which arrived faulty).


So you still need to try them on another PC (or try another headset on your PC) to be 100% sure.

Well I tried the device on my phone and I was able to talk and hear perfectly fine
