Microphone stopped working despite weeks of it working successfully. Sound works perfectly with the headset (using 3.5mm jacks) connected to the STRIX sound card.
Drivers updated on sound card. Downloaded and installed the DTS_StudioSound_SonicSuite_2.2.28_SonicRadar drivers. I purchased a brand new headset but the results are the same. Windows 10 recently patched. Bios up-to-date.
The really odd part is, when the Sonic Studio application is launched. The speaker icon (with decible bar/volume bar) appears on. However, the microphone icon shows muted. I de-select mute and to raise the volume output but it reverts back. Teamspeak 3 client mic testing feature doesn't work. The Sonic studio option to hear playback through the headset (using the mic) doesn't work.
