[SOLVED] Mic is picking up audio in game even when volume is low

When I play games and i'll use apex as an example because thats the worst one but i can be playing and everything is fine until i shoot my gun or reload and then everyone in discord can hear that but when i just hear in game sounds that arent explosively loud then they cant hear it. I have tried all types of solutions that ive found but none of them ever work for me. Please help

Also when i turn my pc audio down to about 30 is when the issue stops but then its too quiet to enjoy playing a game

Update: i finally found the real cause of this issue. My front headphone jacks on my pc are the issue apparently, just moved the cables to the back and resolved the problem.
