Mic Not Working

So, my SADES mic is not working when I plug it into my computer.

When I plug it in, the ASUS HD Realtek Audio Manager pops up and tells me to select headphone, mic in or line in. Ive tried them all, and nothing works. Ive also tried ramping up my mic sensitivity to max.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling audio drives but still nothing.

Search 'sound' in windows search and click the Sound button. Could I have a picture of the playback and recording tabs?
