Mic Under 50

I need a good quality mic for under 50 dollars. I don't need a headset just a mic. any suggestions? I'm only using it for pc gaming and conversations on skype.

I am unable to recommend a specific product either way but, a headset would probably be better, unless you already have headphones separate.

When using speakers, you create more background noise that has to be compensated for, this decreases your microphone audio quality by a notable amount.

Zalman clip-on mic fits onto your headphone wire, and costs about $8.99 on Amazon. If you need a stand-alone desktop mic, the blue snowballs or whatever are pretty nice but they only have maybe one model that comes in under $50.00.

I second casualcolors recommendation. Zalman's clip-on mic is brilliant for the money.
