MIC will NOT WORK!!!

Hi guys, so my Kingston HyperX C2 mic stopped working for my pc suddenly like 2 weeks ago, but it still works fine for my mac?!

pls help ive done everything i can think of

Have you made sure that the device is the default device?
Observe device manager that the mic shows up there.

Mic doesn't show up when i talk, its enabled.
