My desired build:

On this machine I will be doing some gaming, occasionally some heavy multitasking (I'm a web developer), a bit of photoshop and some virtualization (hence the 16GB RAM, which I'm sure will be enough, and the 8-thread xeon). GTX970 instead of R9 390, because I'm running a 1080p monitor, and I may go down the Hackintosh path in the future.

Question: can anyone suggest a decent power supply for this system, that is modular and compatible with CableMod custom cables? I might get them sometime later. Also, it would be really great if we could squeeze under 100$ for a PSU. Since this system doesn't require 750W+ of power, there have got to be some options out there for this price.

Note 1: I'm outside US, so not everything might be available in my country.
Note 2: Any input / suggestions on my build will be appreciated, though I can already say, I'm not going for the overclocked i5 build - I need those threads and overclocking is expensive.
Note 3: I'm fairly educated when it comes to PC parts, but I know close to nothing about PSU's.

At the bottom says PS2 ATX.

Here it says it supports PSU up to 180mm.

Doesn't it mean it takes a full size ATX PSU? Also..

It doesn't say here that Silverstone PSU's are compatible.
I would probably agree about the headroom in terms of wattage - recommended is about 520W, but I would like to get something in the region of 600W, in case I decide to overclock that 970.

As for the Noctua, someone got it working:
