Yes - the cables to connect to the mobo are the same. The case of the micro ATX PSU is a little shorter then an ATX PSU.

Hmm, not sure why Newegg calls it a "micro ATX [...] power supply". The form factor is SFX.

That PSU has the standard 20+4 pin motherboard cable and 4+4 pin CPU power cable, should work fine with any standard motherboard.

Good though it is, the only problem with the Corsair SF psu is that Corsair does not supply the ATX bracket. One has to buy/order it separately.
Thermaltake and Silverstone include the ATX bracket in the box.

ATX and SFX are different form factors that do the same job. SFX is for small form factor cases, and has a different bolt pattern where it screws to the case than ATX. To get the Corsair SFX to physically mount to an ATX case that has an ATX motherboard, you will need an adapter. It will not bolt directly in.

While the Corsair SFX is an excellent SFX psu, you'd be just as well off using a standard ATX psu, which will probably have a larger fan, so has the capability of running cooler and quieter and considerably cheaper.

If you already have the SFX psu, then it's fine for use in the Haf case, but you will need that adapter, the Haf is ATX.
